Expert in Corporate Compliance, Stefano practiced law until 2007, before joining one of the leading certification bodies. Here, for fifteen years, he was involved in the design, development and delivery of certification services for environmental management systems (ISO 14001/EMAS), occupational health and safety (OHSAS 18001, currently ISO 45001), anti-bribery (ISO 37001) and compliance (ISO 37301).
In addition, he coordinated the assistance to companies, including multinational corporations, with services for the design, implementation and updating of Organization and Management Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (OMM), audits and gap analysis concerning compliance in anti-bribery (also pursuant to Law no. 190/2012), environmental, occupational health and safety, and data protection matters.
In handling these projects Stefano has acquired significant experience in the integration of compliance risk control systems, in particular between OMM and ISO management systems.
Stefano is a qualified senior auditor for several ISO systems (anti-corruption, environment, health and safety, quality control); he also delivers training courses on anti-corruption, Organization and Management Models, environmental and occupational health and safety regulations.
He graduated from Milan University in 1992 and was admitted to Milan Bar in 1995 and, again, in 2022.
