Biography

Giacomo practices in civil law and in non-contentious corporate matters. He has specific expertise in commercial contractual issues, also thanks to his secondment experience, and in his corporate practice advises clients in transactions involving M&A, joint ventures, capital transactions, mergers, demergers, transfer of business units, sale of shareholdings, etc. He also assists companies with respect to participating in public sector procedures, particularly those concerning the public transport services sector. In these contexts, he also carries out negotiations and provides support to company secretaries, as well as drafting contracts and legal opinions.

He graduated from Università Cattolica, Milan in 2010 and was admitted to Milan Bar in 2015.
