Biography

Luca has extensive experience in the field of employment law and in industrial relations. He advises local public service operators in the management of ordinary and extraordinary activities, providing support during joint venture processes and in the structuring of tender procedures.

He has specialist expertise in matters concerning agency contracts and health and safety at work. He heads up the H&S Team and is the reference person for all clients who require assistance in dealing with issues connected with health and safety in the workplace and with tender contracts.

Luca is a member of AGI, the Italian employment lawyers’ association, and vice president of Libera Associazione Forense.

He graduated from Università Cattolica, Milan, in 2000 and was admitted to Milan Bar in 2003.
