Biography
Marco advises corporate clients on ordinary and extraordinary commercial and company law matters.
He assists clients in domestic and transnational transactions involving the acquisition of businesses and shareholdings of both private companies and public bodies, in setting up companies both in Italy and abroad, capital transactions, the reorganization of industrial groups (also in view of the generational handover of businesses), the issuing of listed company bonds and other financial transactions.
More recently, Marco has focused his attention also on Corporate Social Responsibility matters, dealing in particular with benefit corporations, B-Corps and non-financial statements pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 254/2016.
Marco lectured in International Law and Business Ethics at Università Cattolica, Piacenza, within the economics faculty, and is currently a member of the Global Integrity Research Network set up by Coventry University.
He graduated from Università Cattolica Milan, Piacenza branch, in 2005 and was admitted to Milan Bar in 2008.
