Biography

Alberto is a Founding Partner of SZA and has been Of Counsel since 2018. In his capacity as full professor of law, member of various ministerial committees and member of numerous scientific committees, speaker at meetings and seminars, author of articles and monographies, he has carried out, and continues to carry out intense study, research and advisory work in matters relating to corporate and financial law, public utilities and market regulation.

He has a wealth of experience in financial and corporate law, advising top ranking entities on the issuing of bonds and listing on European stock exchanges, and has provided legal assistance in numerous transactions involving the defining and restructuring of financing plans of Italian groups operating in the areas of construction, motorway concessions, public services and the environment.

As advisor and recognised legal expert, Alberto has also developed technical/legal trading models for energy providers and public-private collaboration models for the management of local public services. He brings his specific project financing skills to bear in drafting contractual models for project financing transactions involving the management of water, energy and the environment.

He was admitted to Milan Bar in 1976.
