Biography

Daniela’s practice focuses on civil and commercial law, where she has developed specific litigation and advisory skills in dealing with medical liability and insurance cases, including complex claims and claims relating to catastrophic events. Her expertise also extends to surety policies and policies covering different types of risk, as well as professional risk cover.

She assists leading Italian and foreign insurance companies as well as public and private hospitals and clinics in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Daniela is a member of the civil justice Observatory of Milan.

She graduated from Milan University in 1993 and was admitted to Milan Bar in 1998.
