Danilo has been practicing in the field of administrative law for many years, dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters. He has particular expertise in public procurement contracts and in the management of local public services (water, gas, electric power, transport and telecommunications). His litigation cases regularly fall within the jurisdiction of administrative and accounting courts, while in non-contentious matters he advises both the public administration and leading private corporations operating in the highly regulated public sector.

He is the author of numerous publications on issues close to his professional interests and is a frequent speaker at meetings and seminars concerning procurement and public services.

He graduated from Università Cattolica, Milan, in 1989 and was admitted to Milan Bar in 1995.
