Biography

Specialising in commercial and financial markets law, she has extensive experience in corporate litigation, with a particular focus on protecting the rights of shareholders, companies, directors, and auditors. She deals with disputes arising both from the ordinary course of business and from extraordinary transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions. 

Over the years, she has also developed significant expertise in financial markets law, assisting banks, investment funds, and other intermediaries in disputes with clients and investors. 

In the area of financial markets, she provides assistance to supervised entities in proceedings initiated by Consob or the Bank of Italy. 

She holds a PhD in Commercial Law from the University of Brescia (2006). 

She graduated from the University of Milan in 2001, was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2007, and is qualified to practise before the Italian Supreme Court.
