Biography

Michele has over ten years’ experience, and his practice focuses mainly on advising domestic and transnational companies in both contentious and non-contentious matters concerning breach of contract and in tense financial issues from the perspective of both debtor and creditor, including in insolvency cases. His expertise also extends to the healthcare and insurance sectors, where he has acquired significant experience in the management of large claims.

He also acts for foreign clients in litigation under private international law.

Michele was awarded an internship with IJS Global Inc., Stamford, USA, in 2008.

He graduated from Bologna University in 2010 and was admitted to Milan Bar in 2012.
