Biography

Giuseppe has substantial experience in the areas of civil and commercial law. He is an expert in insolvency matters, including procedures with a view to corporate restructuring. He acts for multinational corporations and domestic companies in corporate and commercial litigation cases. Many of his clients operate in the food and beverage, public utilities, public and private procurement, transport and integrated logistics sectors.
Giuseppe has also acquired significant expertise in compliance matters, and particularly with reference to the rules governing the protection of personal data (GDPR)  and the direct liability of legal entities (Law 231/2001).

He graduated from Milan University in 1982 and was admitted to Milan Bar in 1985.
