Biography
Luigi has many years of experience in contentious and non-contentious matters concerning employment and industrial relations, defining trade union agreements and company regulations. He advises clients in extraordinary corporate crisis management procedures through the use of social safety net measures such as the ordinary and extraordinary redundancy funds, as well as the collective dismissal procedure.
He assists corporations and their subsidiaries and controlled companies operating across the board in trade and industry sectors (engineering, chemical, pharmaceutical, multi-utility, transport, facility management).
Luigi has also gained experience in corporate law and has been appointed sole arbitrator in corporate procedures.
In 2008 he co-operated in the writing of the book “Oltre il Collegamento obbligatorio” published by Laboratorio Armonia, the SDA Bocconi University diversity management research centre, and commissioned by CIRAH, the International Research Center for the Self-Sufficiency of People with Disabilities.
Luigi was Chairman of AGAM, Milan branch of AIGA, the Italian Association of Young Lawyers from 2008 – 2013.
He graduated from Università Cattolica, Milan in 1995 and was admitted to Milan Bar in 2004.
