Marianna’s contentious and non-contentious practice focuses on credit recovery management, including from the Public Administration and in insolvency procedures, mainly on behalf of leading financial institutions. She has considerable experience in the area of real estate foreclosure enforcement, having worked from October 2016 to July 2018 for a firm authorized to carry out such sales by the Court of Milan.

During the course of her professional career, she has also acquired considerable experience in the areas of family and personal rights, contractual liability, tort and insurance law.

She was a trainee at the offices of the Court of Milan from January to June 2008

She graduated from Milan University in 2005 and was admitted to Milan Bar in 2008.
