Biography

A lawyer with extensive experience of dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters in civil and commercial law, Marisa is Managing Partner at Studio Legale SZA.

She has widely recognised capabilities in contract law, civil litigation and credit assistance, with a special focus on factoring and its use in the public sector. Matters to which she dedicates particular attention in civil litigation are those of civil liability concerning healthcare services and the liability of company directors and statutory auditors.

Marisa is a member of Milan Bar Association Council and has been Treasurer since 2019. She was President of the First Committee of Milan Court of Appeals for the Bar Examination. She has been civil law coordinator for the Bar Examination preparatory course organized by Libera Associazione Forense di Milano (LAF).

She graduated from Milan University in 1982 and was admitted to Milan Bar in 1985.
