Paola has specific expertise in commercial and corporate law and regulatory compliance, and advises both domestic and transnational companies on contractual matters, including in the context of extraordinary transactions (M&A, joint ventures, capital transactions, demergers, transfer of business units, sale of shareholdings, etc).

Within the area of business law, and with specific reference to data protection regulations, Paola is an expert in the administrative liability of entities (Legislative Decree 231/2001) and health and safety in the workplace, and is regularly involved in complex data protection assessment projects and in processes to ensure compliance with  the relevant regulations (Legislative Decree no. 196/03, GDPR, Authority measures).

She is regularly appointed to Supervisory Bodies.

She graduated from Bocconi University, Milan in 2010 and was admitted to Milan Bar in 2015.
