Biography

Paolo’s practice includes both litigation and advisory work in corporate, factoring and contractual matters involving financial institutions and companies operating in the logistics, chemical, biomedical and waste management industries.

He has published articles on issues relating to trust law, and regularly advises individuals on inheritance and estate planning matters, both contentious and non-contentious.

Paolo has specific expertise in civil litigation, including in matters concerning civil liability and insurance, acting for leading Italian and foreign insurance companies, healthcare facilities and physicians.

He graduated from Catanzaro University in 2000 and was admitted to Milan Bar in 2004.
