Biography

Roberta assists client companies in the management of human resources, and in all contentious and non-contentious employment and industrial relations issues.

She is the head of the employment department’s litigation team, and deals with all the relative organisation and project management aspects.

Roberta has considerable expertise in issues relating to health and safety at work and along with the H&S team she assists both domestic and international clients in the preparation of powers of attorney, procedures, best practices and contractual aspects for procurement tenders and health and safety in the workplace.

She graduated from Università Cattolica, Milan, in 2000 and was admitted to Milan Bar in 2003.
