Biography

Stefano has over twenty years’ experience and practices in the areas of corporate and finance law as well as domestic and international contract matters.

His broad expertise extends to privatisation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other extraordinary corporate transactions as well as contracts between enterprises and public entities, mainly in the transport, energy and water management fields, with a particular focus on the setting up and implementing of public-private partnerships.

From June 2016 to January 2019 Stefano held the position of Legal Director of the Italian company of Deutsche Bahn-Arriva group, world leader in the transport and logistics industry, where he provided support and oversight to the group’s compliance functions. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the holding company of a leading multinational group in the employment services field and of numerous Supervisory Bodies (pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001).

He graduated from Milan University in 1993, and was admitted to Milan Bar in 1997.
